What does the healed version of you look like? What does she do on a day-to-day basis or handle her relationships, conflict, and overall self?
Hi, my name is Bibiana Castro, and I love to help women who are longing to become their best selves but are held back by anxiety, insecurities, and fear. I walk alongside them and help them explore their lives creatively so they can make changes, discover the strong, confident woman they are, and encourage them to keep going to keep growing. I help women create and maintain healthy boundaries within themselves and with others.
With an expertise in the field of trauma, I help women process and overcome their traumatic past through the powerful tool of EMDR Therapy.
I’m also passionate about integrating faith into therapy and how one can draw unexpected strength from God during their path to emotional healing. I look forward to walking alongside you in taking that first step of your journey.

I’m passionate about helping women, children, and families move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck to living with clarity, strength, and hope. Many of the clients I work with long to feel confident and whole but find themselves weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, past wounds, or the challenges of parenting and family life. My heart is to create a safe and supportive space where you can process what’s heavy, gain practical tools, and begin to thrive again.
I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University in 2015 and have served in ministry for more than 11+ years through youth ministry, Sunday school, and worship. These experiences have shaped the way I approach therapy — with compassion, faith, and a deep understanding of how life’s challenges can impact both individuals and families.
In my work, I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy techniques with children, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients heal from trauma and move forward with confidence. I believe every person’s story is valuable and that healing is possible, even after difficult experiences.
Because faith is a central part of my life, I offer counseling that integrates biblical principles and a Christ-centered perspective for those who desire it. My goal is to help you not only experience emotional restoration but also grow in hope, faith, and resilience as you step into the life God has for you.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a wife, and a mom to two beautiful daughters through the gift of adoption. As a family, we love adventures, and staying connected to our church community.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I would be honored to walk with you. Together, we can work toward a life of clarity, strength, and renewed hope.

Jose Luis Ortiz, BS, Spanish Speaking Lay Counselor/
Consejero Laico
